The Eagan Core Greenway Fund was established in September 2005 in order to responsibly protect the proceeds from the Greenway Music Festival. It remains available to all Friends of the Eagan Core Greenway as a means of supporting subsequent Greenway projects, for:

1. additional community outreach and education regarding the importance of the Greenway; or
2. the direct financial support of the preservation of other key parcels in the Greenway, such as the historic McCarthy Farm.

The Eagan Foundation serves as the fiscal agent for Friends of the Eagan Core Greenway (FOECG).

The Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, in cooperation with FOECG, has been responsible for securing and reporting all proceeds from the Greenway Music Festival.

While the entrance fee to the benefit concert was not tax deductible, additional donations to the "Eagan Core Greenway Fund," established and maintained by the Eagan Foundation, are tax deductible.

If you were unable to attend the benefit or attended but brought limited funds, and would now like to consider making a tax deductible donation to the fund, you can do so by sending a check made out to the "Eagan Core Greenway Fund" to:
