Topic: The "We Can Do Better!"
Campaign focusing on Protecting Open Space
with local emphasis on Eagan and the Eagan Core Greenway

Mark your calendars! Help celebrate Earth Day in your front yard ...

Join other members of Friends of Patrick Eagan Park as well as members of the Sierra Club to help spread the word about the Eagan Core Greenway and what we can do to help preserve it.

When: Saturday, April 26th, from 10:00 to 2:00 with picnic following (refreshments will also be on hand, 10:00-11:00)
Where: Eagan's Trapp Farm Park (north side of Wilderness Run Road between Dodd and Lexington) in picnic pavilion
Why: To help educate the community about the importance of Open Space, and specifically The Eagan Core Greenway.

Schedule of Activities:

10:00-11:00 Explanation of the Eagan Core Greenway and the vision for its preservation
Discussion of canvassing program to help spread the word
11:00-2:00 Visits to key neighborhoods near the Greenway
2:00- Picnic back at Trapp Farm Park
(hosted by the Sierra Club and the McKnight Foundation)
