Dear Mrs. Brown,

The Friends of the Eagan Core Greenway would like to extend our sincere congratulations to you as one of the recipients of the 2005 Virginia McKnight Binger Awards for Human Service.

As an organization, which understands the vital importance of preserving the last remaining open spaces within our communities, we applaud the tireless commitment by you and your late husband, to ensure that Pilot Knob Hill remains untouched by development. Your devotion to seeing this sacred and historic site preserved is a gift to all the people of Minnesota and a testimony for future generations to appreciate and embrace.

Once again, congratulations on this much-deserved recognition. Your work informs and inspires our own efforts and has truly made this community, and our state, a better place for all of us.

Sincerely yours,
