Join fellow residents of Eagan and surrounding communities for an exciting afternoon of music at the Caponi Art Park's Theater in the Woods! Outstanding regional musicians Dan Chouinard, Prudence Johnson, Peter Ostroushko, Tim Eriksen, and an assortment of friends will be performing in a concert celebrating the harmony between Eagan's cultural and natural heritage. Hot!Dish, a vibrant local women's vocal ensemble, will kick off the performance at 1:30 p.m.
The concert is in support of the Eagan Core Greenway. If you've never visited the Greenway or the Art Park, don't miss this great opportunity to learn what a treasure we have in the center of Eagan. And if you're an old friend of the Greenway, you won't want to miss the chance to celebrate with some of the best music around.
Before and after the concert, join local scouts for tours of the Eagan Core Greenway. Admission is $8 for adults. The aim of this concert is further educate the community about the significance of the Greenway and to help preserve the it for our children and grandchildren. Children will be admitted for free.
The rain site for the concert is at Saints Martha and Mary Episcopal Church one block east of the Art Park, on the corner of Diffley and Lexington.
